OUR RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is for Wild Earth Pottery store credit only. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

All return & refund requests are to be observed at the discretion of Wild Earth Pottery Co. 

You can contact us at wildearth888@gmail.com to request a return and receive a complimentary return shipping label from Wild Earth Pottery.

Free returns shipping is available for domestic orders only.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns & must be included in the package.

All returns must be made with it's original packaging materials.

Please allow up to 10 days to process the return and email a store credit once it arrives.

FOR POP UP AND ONLINE PURCHASES EXCLUDING 'ALL SALES FINAL' ITEMS:

  • All items must be returned in the same condition you received it.
  • If you cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, it will be refunded. 
  • If you cancel an order after 24 hours, you will receive store credit. 
    We do not offer refunds on shipped merchandise.
  • Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable and are not applied towards the credit.
  • All returns must include proof of purchase.
  • All items must be returned in original condition or a credit will not be issued.

'ALL SALES FINAL' ITEMS:

  • All 'second chance' items
  • All custom & commissioned creative work
  • Any transaction mutually understood as an 'All Sales Final' transaction

    DAMAGED WHILE SHIPPED ITEMS:

    We understands 'ship happens' & will be happy to accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping and we will do our best to offer a similar replacement.
    However, any item damaged from use, general wear and tear, or mishandling we will not accept. Pottery is a very durable medium, but it is not indestructible!

    RETURN FAQS:

    Can I return my item after the return window of 30-days?

    Our standard return window is 30 days. But we are open to hearing about any special circumstances. As long as the products are unused, and have their original shipping materials we may be able to come to an agreement regarding extending the return window. 

    Does Wild Earth Pottery provide the return shipping labels?

    If returning an item for store credit OR due to damage; we will provide you with a shipping label to return your original product.

    We cannot provide a return label without a proof of purchase.

    Can I request a refund instead of store credit?

    Our policy is for store credit only, no refunds will be issued.
    Refunds are ONLY available for accidental orders cancelled within the first 24 hours.

    What if I do not have the original packing slip?

    Proof of purchase is required for all returns. If you do not have the packing slip, please contact us with the full information of the individual who made the transaction. 

    How long will it take to get my store credit?

    We ask that customers allow 5-10 business days to process your return. Please contact wildearth888@gmail.com if you do not receive your store credit within this time frame.

    Does the credit expire?

    No, the credit does not have an expiration date.
