A couple of important things to know for caring for your new pottery purchase:

1. All pieces are dishwasher safe, however we strongly recommend washing carefully by hand with soap and hot water after each use. Especially for resin cast gemstone pieces.

2. Pottery pieces are microwave safe, BUT BE CAREFUL. Ceramics hold heat extremely well and will be very hot if heated in microwave.

3. Pottery is very strong and will be scratch resistent. However avoid using steel or copper wool to clean your pottery.

4. Be sure to positively reinforce your piece regularly. Paying compliments to the piece or the potter often will greatly increase the durability of the piece.

These aren't T-shirts, and we are not Amazon.

Shipping prices can be a large portion of overall costs for a small batch business like ours.
While we want to give the best service and experience possible to our customers - we unfortunately cannot offer universal 'Free Shipping' at this time.

We work hard to always keep our rates up-to-date and the lowest cost we can. With all discounts passed along directly to our customers. Our priority is to get you your products as safely and as quickly as possible - It's not to make more money off of shipping.

We pass all shipping savings directly to our consumers and regularly are updating our shipping pricing to reflect the best rates.

We do offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed over $100 as a 'Thank You' for that level of support.

Additionally - we also offer FREE REGIONAL PICK-UP & DROP-OFF at multiple convenient locations across Northern Colorado.

Our return policy is for Wild Earth Pottery store credit only. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
